- Clients own final deliverables after full payment.
- Racks Tech may use anonymized work for portfolio display.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by:
- Third-party platforms, hosts or tools
- Incorrect client information
- Unauthorized modifications by the client
6. Termination
We may suspend service if terms are violated.
7. Governing Law
These terms follow South African law.
